Service Description
All new or initial prescriptions ordered by Mariposa Wellness Clinic are a $50 charge.
Cancellation Policy
It is the policy of our practice that if you must change or cancel your appointment, you do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Any late changes/cancellations or No Shows within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time will incur the below fees that will be charged to your credit card on file at that time. *If your change or cancellation of visit less than 24 hours before your appointment: there will be a rescheduling fee in the amount of 25% of your scheduled appointment price. This charge WILL NOT be credited towards a future visit. **Any NO SHOW appointments: will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment price. This charge will NOT be applied towards a future visit. This policy is for the consideration of our patients that are waiting for a sooner appointment and allows us the necessary time to contact them with the sooner appointment availability. We thank you for understanding regarding this policy that has proven to be very successful in meeting our patient's medical needs.
